Parthasarathy N.S. (Partha)
Managing Partner at Mela Ventures
An experienced technology and leadership expert, with over 35 years in the Indian IT Sector, Partha co-founded Mindtree in 1999 and has played key roles in building the companyโs technology and delivery leadership capacity.
Partha has also made personal investments in a handful of start-ups as an angel investor and has experience as a limited partner in a few funds like Inventus and TVS Capital. Partha has vast experience in mentoring start-ups in areas like technology strategy, positioning strategy when it comes to selling to enterprises, setting up the right organizational structure and culture for growth, and making the right people choices. Partha has also served on the NASSCOM IT Services Council for four years.
Partha holds an M.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics from BITS Pilani. He completed his M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur. In 2010, Partha completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Awarded by BITS in 2016. He is also a Founder Director in WhiteSwan Foundation, an NGO focusing on creating awareness on mental health.
Samir Kumar

Samir became a VC in 2001 when he joined Acer Technology Ventures- a $260 million institutional venture fund investing in technology and services companies in India, U.S. and Asia Pacific. ย Samir led the firmโs early-stage India practice and played an active role on the Boards of aย number of Indian and U.S. technology startups, resulting in several profitable exits to date including RelQ and Indecomm Global Services. ย Since co-founding Inventus with Kanwal & John, Samir has been a Board Director at Cbazaar, InstaHealth, Savaari, Sokrati &ย Telibrahma.
Samir has a well established network of business contacts throughout India and the Asia Pacific region. Samir is on the Governing Body of TiE Bangalore, and is an active Charter Member mentoring entrepreneurs. Samir is also active in his IIT & IIM Alumni networks, and is an active speaker at various entrepreneurial events.
Sanjay Anandaram

Sanjay Anandaram has spent over 2 decades as an IT industry executive, an entrepreneur, a VC, an advisor to early-stage funds, startup mentor, and teacher. Heโs a founding partner of JumpStartUp, an early-stage VC fund set up to invest in technology and technology-enabled businesses that leveraged India. He brings significant international experience involving new business creation and business development in India, the US, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Heโs involved with TiE Bangalore, Nasscom, IIM Bangalore, INSEAD, Singapore and is on the Expert Panel of the Technology Development Board, Dept of Science and Technology, Govt of India. Sanjay is an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata with an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Varun Talwar

Varun Talwar is a serial entrepreneur and has established companies in the domain of HR, IT, Digital Media, and Real Estate. His strengths include strategy, business development, and investor relations. He has multi-country experience in Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, HP/EDS, and TCS. He has a B. Tech degree in Computer Science from PEC, Chandigarh, and has completed MBA courses from the George Washington University.
